1. Allow user to create membership account
Membership account is allowing user to create. Records are placed nicely and tidy with user registration. The log in and log out function allows customers to access their account. The customer records can be created easily. Each customer records are updateable. Customer can modify their account and cancel the membership in any time.
2. Allow guest and member to access forum
Forum is a virtual board that can guest and member to access. The purpose of this forum is to exchange the member ideas before their married and after their married. Forum also can assist organization to gain the ideas of the member to improve their performance. The guest is restricting to use the search facility and add facility. Only the member can search the forum topics and also can search other member details. The searched result of member detail only showed the insensitive information. The member also can add a new forum topic to this forum too.
3. Allow members make booking
Booking session is applied in our system. Important information is shown such as the venue, time, date for meeting the photographer to take the photographs. Clear-cut timetable will make user more convenient so that they can arrange their time then. Time saved too as the appointments are carried out accordingly. If users or customers cannot make it, they can cancel or update their appointments easily. The appointment can modify before one day the appointment begin.
4. User account manipulation
For our administration side, there is a user account manipulation . This user account manipulation is used to manage the users' registration. The administrator can modify the customer account or delete the customer account.
5. Report
Report module is allowing administrators to print out the report. For instances, report of purchase, report of rent, report of supplier, and report of appointment. Each report can be printed out easily and effectively.
6. Supplier
The supplier of our shop is only for rent and purchase process. The supplier information can be added to our database to reference later. The administrators can add, modify, search, or delete the supplier information in any time.
7. Stock manipulate
Stock manipulate is implemented to let admin to add, modify, delete and search the stock that supply by supplier. Interesting souvenirs, housing decoration and some other accessories can be supply by supplier. It is useful to admin because can easy manipulate the stock.
8. Contents management
Contents management is build too. Information about our wedding system is updateable. The administrators just have to learn about the latest information and keep on changing or modifying the current system. It is needed because the update of this system will be done in future and can help administrator add, edit, display, rename, and delete the files. No for that only, this module also can create subdirectory, rename subdirectory, and delete subdirectory. And the file manager will be build out and last the site statistics will also build.
9. Administrator account manipulation
This module is to add/register a new administrator account. This module also can search, modify, delete and display the administrator account. In registration a new admin, there have total 6 type of administrator levels to register. In the search function admin can find a specify admin account. In modify function, admin can modify personal particular or other admin particular. In delete function, admin can delete an admin account. The display function can display out the admin account by 3 types. There are display all, display by category, and display by register date. |
