Sleepy Hollow Holidays (SHH) is developed on year 2005 and this system is developed by Jim Heng Multimedia System Studio (JHMSS). This system is for the travel agency. With this system travel agency can easy to manage thier business in fully online. All branch can be link together to share the information and customer booking facility. SHH provide 3 types of user access there are Customer/Member, Admin/Staff, and Holiday Provider. Membership can be register easy by customer. Holiday Provider is a 3rd party agency to provide the travel package for customer. Admin/Staff got the power to activate the holiday provider and also the customer membership activation.

Customer membership can buy the unit for the holiday(travel) package thorugh their account without any staff or holiday provider help. The description of the holiday package is show to the customer. Customer also can search the holiday package by using the system searching utility.

Holiday Provider can be add/modify thier package after them account is activated by admin/staff. Holiday Provider can check also how many customer is register to buy the package that provide by themself.

Admin/Staff is to monitor this system and also activation of the account. Admin got the highest permission to modify any record of the system.

Report also can be print out easy and clearly by using the report generator.
