1. Where should I make the payment?
Payment can be make by online bank-in, walk-in bank-in, cash, money order, cheque, and online transfer. If you are a Malaysian you can make the payment to bank or by PAYPAL. This bank is only for Malaysian bank-in purpose: BNS(Bank Simpanan National) with the account number: 07103-29-00013185-4 and pay to Heng Lee Chuan. Online bank-in can be done by using online facility. Online bank-in to Maybank Berhand with the account number: 157091083437 and pay to Heng Lee Chuan. Internationa member can be make payment to PAYPAL which is third party online transfer agency. I will request money from you through PAYPAL if you want to make the payment. If you having the problems of payment please contact us by mail.
2. Can I refund if I disappointed with you services?
We are not encourage to refund the money back to your account. As we say JHMSS is 100% services guarantee, we provide you the services until you hundred percent satisfy. If you still disappointed with our services the money can be refund back base on the services we given.
3. Can I post the cash or cheque to your's address?
Because the mailing is not hundred percent safe so we are not encourage you to post the cash by the mail. You can post the cheque to the below address but please make sure the date of cheque is available.

1. I am not living in Malaysia can you ship your products to me?
Yes. We provide shipping to International but the cost of shipping is different with shipping in Malaysia.
2. How can I know the shipping cost that need to pay?
